Performs general maintenance tasks in support of a wide variety of operations, building maintenance, and other related projects for the Department of Watershed Management. Duties include but are not limited to performing janitorial and maintenance of buildings, performing fencing/gate repairs, minor electrical, plumbing, landscaping & grounds maintenance and performing additional tasks as assigned. Operation of light equipment based upon training, skills, and demonstration. Works under direct supervision and follows standardized procedures and written instructions to accomplish assigned tasks usually as part of a work crew.
