About The Position

We are seeking talented and entrepreneurial Veterinarians to partner with us and become Medical Directors in a practice that we will build together. Requirements

• Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine (or equivalent) from an accredited university.
• Active veterinary state license.
• 3+ years of veterinarian experience.
• Current DEA License/USDA Accreditation or obtained upon hire.
• Compassionate leadership skills and willingness to manage a team.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in managing a veterinary practice.
• Strong communication skills.
• Desire to mentor other veterinarians.

Responsibilities

• Partner with PriorityPet to build and manage a new veterinary practice.
• Provide high-quality medical care and leadership within the practice.
• Promote a positive clinic culture aligned with the company's core values.
• Mentor and guide other veterinarians in delivering quality medicine.
• Manage a team effectively and communicate with clarity.
