About The Position

We are seeking talented and entrepreneurial Veterinarians to partner with us and become Medical Directors in a practice that we will build together. We're offering immediate ownership/equity opportunities with no out-of-pocket cost! Requirements

  • Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine (or equivalent) from an accredited university.
  • Active veterinary state license.
  • 3+ years of veterinarian experience.
  • Current DEA License/USDA Accreditation or obtained upon hire.
  • Compassionate leadership skills and willingness to manage a team.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in managing a veterinary practice.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to mentor and guide other veterinarians.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with PriorityPet to build and manage a new veterinary practice.
  • Provide high-quality medical care and promote a positive clinic culture.
  • Mentor other veterinarians and staff in delivering excellent veterinary services.
  • Manage a team effectively while ensuring alignment with company core values.
  • Utilize state-of-the-art equipment to deliver world-class veterinary medicine.
