About The Position
Practice Serving the Panama City area for over 30 years, the Bay Animal Hospital staff works together as a team to provide our clients and patients the highest standard of veterinary care. Our practice has been voted "Best of the Bay" for 7 consecutive years! Position Purpose Come extern with us! Heartland Veterinary Partners' Externship Program works to provide veterinary students with hands-on experience and mentorship to help have them 'practice ready' by their first day in practice. Externships are typically 2 weeks long and Heartland will cover the cost of lodging if needed. Length of externship is flexible & we can support your preceptorship documentation as well.
Requirements
- Must be currently enrolled in an AVMA Accredited Veterinary School
- Must be able to provide student PLIT
