Practice A Pet’s Place Animal Hospital offers a full range of veterinary services in Longmont, Colorado. Dr. Joan Primeau, Dr. Jenelle Vail, and Dr. Paxton Russell are passionate about caring for your four-legged friends. We look forward to developing a long-term relationship with our clients and their pets. We strive to provide excellent veterinary care promoting a healthy lifestyle for all stages of a pet’s life. We aim to educate owners so that they may make informed decisions regarding the well-being of their pets. Position Purpose Come extern with us! Heartland Veterinary Partners' Externship Program works to provide 1st-4th year veterinary students with hands-on experience and mentorship to help have them 'practice ready' by their first day in practice. Externships are typically 2 weeks long and Heartland will cover the cost of lodging if needed. Length of externship is flexible & we can support your preceptorship documentation as well.
Requirements
- Must be currently enrolled in an AVMA Accredited Veterinary School
- Must be able to provide student PLIT
