Requirements

Preferably 2–5 years of experience in a hotel, resort, commercial, or institutional maintenance environment.
Skilled in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs.
Basic carpentry abilities and familiarity with painting and wallpapering.
Construction- and tool-oriented; strong mechanical aptitude.
Experience in preventive maintenance preferred.
Pool operation certification preferred.
Ability to answer guest calls promptly and professionally; strong multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Valid driver’s license preferred.
Must meet minimum age requirements for the jurisdiction.
Ability to read, write, and understand English.
