About The Position

Vacancies currently currently exist for part-time Duty Aides to cover lunch and recess periods at Lower Pottsgrove Elementary School. These are rewarding positions in a supportive team environment where your work makes a difference in the lives of young students. Duties and Responsibilities: Escort students from the cafeteria to the playground for recess; supervise students while on the playground, ensuring their safety. Distribute lunch tickets to proper students; escort students to the cafeteria and supervise students in the cafeteria during lunch period. Escort students from the cafeteria to their encore classes and from classes to the playground. Monitor students as assigned. Work closely with the Dean of Students/Assistant Principal/Principal and teachers. Maintain communication with guidance counselors when appropriate. Perform other duties as assigned by the Dean of Students/Assistant Principal/Principal. Requirements
