About The Position
The Guest Experience Attendant is responsible for delivering amazing customer service and maintaining exceptional first impressions for both prospective and existing guests. This role will predominantly be based in both an office setting as well as frequent exposure to outdoor environments. The position involves greeting guests, assisting with parking, running POS for ticket purchases, processing tickets at entrance gates, and ensuring the front gate area remains clean and presentable.
