About The Position

Come join our team...learn a skill and make extra money! We are looking to expand our window cleaning and pressure washing crew. Experience is great but can train. Hours are flexible but we usually run Mon. - Friday, morning & afternoons. There are some weekends as well based on the needs of the client. Must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass a criminal background check.

Requirements

• Attention to Detail: Ensuring windows and surfaces are spotless.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, bend, and lift for long periods.
• Comfort with Heights: Especially for window cleaning on taller buildings.
• Manual Dexterity: Skill in handling equipment efficiently.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous Experience: Experience in cleaning or maintenance roles can be beneficial but not required.
• Training: Paid on -the -job training will be provided, but knowledge of cleaning agents and pressure washing techniques is helpful.
• Driver's License: Required to transport equipment to different job sites.
• Safety Certifications: Such as OSHA safety training, especially for high heights.
• Professional Certifications: Optional, but can enhance opportunities (e.g., International Window Cleaning Association certification).
• Safety Practices: Understanding and following safety protocols to prevent accidents.
• Risk Assessment: Identifying and mitigating potential hazards.
• Communication Skills: Ability to interact professionally with clients.
• Dependability: Reliable in showing up on time and completing tasks efficiently.
