In this position... You will work on new Ford vehicle programs for the Durability Attribute from concept to production. You will have opportunities to work on design load target development, conduct simulations for road load cascades, manage durability tests, and conduct measurements. We are looking for curious engineers who want to explore new processes and tools and be highly engaged in solving durability issues. You will track and report overall program durability health/readiness from concept to launch and beyond. Using the health data, you will be responsible for ensuring milestone reporting requirement are met, organize cross-functional teams to drive issue resolution and hold teams accountable to deliver against the requirements. Responsibilities
- Work on new Ford vehicle programs for the Durability Attribute from concept to production.
- Work on design load target development.
- Conduct simulations for road load cascades.
- Manage durability tests.
