If you are looking to build a strong career, we have an opportunity for you! We are searching for a Duplex Packer to join our team located at our facility in Red Bluff, CA. Responsibilities Your Role: As a Duplex Packer, you will be responsible for packing and inspecting products produced by a duplex machine. You will work as part of a team to produce high-quality products, following established procedures and safety protocols. You will have the opportunity to Make Great Things Happen! Follow established procedures and quality standards. Inspect finished products for defects or issues, and report any issues to the appropriate personnel. Monitor reject bins and replace as needed Promptly address machine/conveyor plug-ups. Assist machine operator with duplex machine efficiencies. Monitor the product during operation to ensure that it is running smoothly and address any issues that arise. Ensure that products meet or exceed quality standards and report any issues to the appropriate personnel. Follow production schedules and prioritize work based on production needs. Ensure that all work areas are clean, organized, and free of clutter. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and suggest ideas for process improvement. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience packing and inspecting products in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures and protocols accurately.
Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and manufacturing software.
Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with team members.
Willingness to learn and adapt to changing production needs.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
Basic knowledge of math and measurements.
Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
