Responsibilities

• Carry responsibility for all aspects of store operations.
• Labor management duties including hiring and training associates, creating work schedules, delegating work, and evaluating employee performance.
• Regulate daily operations by filing paperwork, analyzing weekly sales numbers, ordering supplies, and performing opening or closing duties.
• Customer care duties including greeting customers, providing prompt and helpful services, and handling customer complaints in a professional manner.
• Ensure employees provide exceptional customer care.
• Develop and foster a positive work culture in which all team members are valued and respected.
