About The Position

As an Internal Communications Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in corporate communications, specifically supporting the Dunkin' brand. This role involves providing brand-specific communications support, including strategic and executive communications, and contributing to employee engagement initiatives. You will assist in content development and production for meetings, both in-person and via Zoom, while also engaging in culture-building activities for team members at the Boston Support Center in Canton, MA.

Requirements

  • Recent graduate or anticipated graduate (December 2025) pursuing a bachelor's degree in communications, Journalism, Business, Liberal Arts, or a related field.
  • Skilled and versatile writer.
  • Ability to work well independently and as a member of a team.
  • Excellent editing and proofreading skills, including familiarity with AP style.
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and meet time-critical deadlines.
  • Proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Proficiency using Zoom and MS Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Interest in video production and editing.

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day internal communications activity, including drafting, designing, and distributing corporate communications materials.
  • Coordinate logistics and prepare content for brand meetings and events.
  • Amplify Dunkin' news and initiatives internally in partnership with Enterprise Communications.
