• Support the training of new crew members as requested.

• Follow all standards to reduce waste.
• Adhere to uniform and grooming standards.
• Clock in and out at the scheduled time.
• Prepare all products following appropriate Dunkin Standards.

Responsibilities

• Follow all Food Safety and Sanitation guidelines.
• Complete all production orders accurately and within Dunkin' Donuts specifications and standards.
• Prepare and decorate donuts according to established recipes and standards.
• Complete side work and tasks in a safe manner while maintaining a clean work area.
• Participate in teamwork to ensure each task is completed in a timely manner.
• Maintain a proactive, courteous, responsive, and respectful work environment.
• Report to work on time as scheduled with a clean, complete uniform.
• Maintain the cleanliness of all production equipment.
