About The Position

Hudson is North America's leading travel retailer, operating over 1,000 duty-free, duty-paid, and food & beverage stores for over 30 years. This position is for a Dunkin' Crew Member located at Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport in South Carolina. The role involves preparing food and beverages, providing exceptional customer service, handling transactions, maintaining store cleanliness, and managing inventory.

Requirements

Experience operating a grill and handling food
The ability to interact with diverse personalities
The ability to lift 40 pounds
Experience operating a cash register
Previous food & beverage experience
A high school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

Whip up delicious food and beverages to meet our Hudson and Dunkin' standards and delivering exceptional service to our guests.
Welcome and greet customers as they enter the cafe/store with a friendly smile.
Efficiently and accurately take food and beverage orders.
Operate a cash register efficiently, including cash handling and credit card transactions
Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management.
Help customers navigate the store and answer their questions about our menu
Be knowledgeable about the surrounding businesses and Airport areas
Report pricing, out-of-date, and inventory issues to management.
Stock merchandise and keep an eye on inventory levels.
Help maintain a neat and clean cafe/store, including sweeping, dusting, and taking out the trash
Perform additional tasks as assigned.
