A Dunkin' Baker will be responsible for making a wide range of donuts, breads, pastries and other baked products. The Baker position will require someone who is self-motivated, able to work within a specific schedule, able to multi task and able to work overnight and early morning hours with little or no supervision.

Requirements

  • Able to work within a specific schedule

  • Able to work overnight and early morning hours with little or no supervision
  • Able to handle the physical requirements of the position such as bending, kneeling, lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for long periods of time, and working at a fast pace for eight hours or more at a time
  • Take direction and adjust to changing par levels
  • Possess basic reading, and math skills
  • Good communication skills and the ability to interact with the public in a friendly, upbeat and outgoing manner
  • Over 18 years of age
  • Possess the ability to use and learn to use a wide array of baking and kitchen equipment and tools

Responsibilities

  • Follow and complete a daily par sheet
  • Produce quality baked goods following strict Dunkin Donuts guidelines
  • Ensure company safety and cleanliness standards
  • Maintaining strict health department and company food safety standards through proper food handling and cleanliness requirements
  • Work in other positions inside the operation and be able to switch back and forth between positions as needed
