About The Position

The Dumper Attendant at Lakeside Foods is responsible for operating a hydraulic lift to dump frozen vegetables onto the production line, ensuring a steady flow of product to maintain efficiency and meet production needs. This role is essential for the packaging process and contributes to the overall productivity of the facility.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, preferred.
• Basic math skills.
• Safety mindset.
• Ability to climb a ladder to get to the workstation.
• Ability to lift and/or move a bar weighing up to 30 lbs. and to be able to chop frozen vegetables.

Responsibilities

• Dump product onto the line for packaging.
• Ensure a steady flow of product.
• Chop frozen product when necessary to ensure constant flow of product.
• Communicate with Forklift Drivers to ensure availability of product to run the line and to have empty totes removed.
• Communicate with Machine Operators to maintain desired flow of product or changes in production codes.
• Adhere to all Lakeside Foods policies and procedures.
