Requirements

• 5-10 years of product management, sales, or strategic marketing experience.
• Bachelor's degree required; technical bachelor's degree preferred.
• VRF/Ductless experience highly desired.
• Experience in the HVAC industry and Lean experience preferred.
• Strong familiarity with software development processes and commercialization excellence.
• Passion for understanding customer needs and impact on business results.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage systems projects to improve integration with METUS.
• Serve as primary contact and project manager for VRF/Ductless TSA, including requirements definition and project prioritization.
• Act as Trane's lead contact for DSB and Mitsubishi Pro, gathering voice of customer and managing updates.
• Provide technical product support for offerings and coordinate with METUS for customer support.
• Build a Ductless System Specialist community to share best practices and improve ductless capability.
• Support and lead commercialization efforts and strategic project work.
• Standardize documentation for consistency and simplification.
• Develop winning sales strategies for differentiated offerings and optimize solutions.
• Collaborate with METUS and other leaders to ensure alignment with broader portfolio initiatives.
• Participate actively in NPD projects to ensure premier customer experience at launch.
