About The Position
Skillforce is currently seeking several experienced commercial Duct Installers for a long-term project involving duct installation in a commercial setting. This is a steady opportunity with at least 8 months of consistent work, working 40 hours a week with some overtime!
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of commercial sheet metal experience (spiral duct experience strongly preferred)
- Ability to read and work from construction drawings
- Reliable transportation and consistent work ethic
Responsibilities
- Install, assemble, and secure exposed spiral duct systems in commercial buildings
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and shop drawings
- Ensure proper alignment, sealing, and support of duct systems
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and sheet metal machinery safely and efficiently
