About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Experienced Duct/Insulation Installer to join our team. This role is responsible for installing insulation in residential and commercial projects, ensuring high-quality work, energy efficiency, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has experience in construction, insulation, or a related trade, and is comfortable working with tools, heights, and confined spaces.

Requirements

2 years’ experience installing residential HVAC ducting systems
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
Strong attention to detail, integrity, and teamwork skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Safely operate hand and power tools, including knives, staple guns, saws, and blowers.
Ability to work in various conditions, including weather, confined spaces, and at heights.
Must have physical stamina and dexterity with the ability to carry and climb ladders.
Ability to frequently lift, push and pull 50lbs.
Ability to lift and carry heavy materials

Responsibilities

Install HVAC ductwork, piping, and equipment according to specifications, work orders, and safety standards.
Install and assemble sheet metal, flex duct, and fiberglass duct systems
Measure and cut insulation materials such as fiberglass, foam, or other thermal products.
Seal duct systems properly to ensure energy efficiency and airflow performance
Install dampers, vents, registers, and related components
Work closely with HVAC installers and project leads to complete jobs on schedule
Install vapor barriers and protective coverings where required.
Review daily work schedule and ensure truck is stocked with insulation materials, tools, and equipment.
Maintain accurate records of materials used and completed work.
Follow all company safety standards and keep job sites clean.
