We are currently hiring a Manufacturing & Production Technician for our Duct CSU Machine to perform general assembly in our Groveland, FL manufacturing facility. Nice To Haves

3 to 4 years work experience (preferred)
Attention to detail, safety and quality.
Ability to work with controls and quality check instruments.
Basic Microsoft Office/Windows knowledge is beneficial.
Capable of solving problems and using good judgment in making decisions.
Ability to read and work from prints, schematics, and technical bulletins.
Ability to read tape measures and use good rudimentary math skills
Capable of lifting 50 lbs. and standing on concrete for extended periods of time.
Physical stamina and strength

Responsibilities

Prepare machine for production by positioning and securing material
Determine sequence of operations by studying blueprints, specifications, and work order
Regulate machining by setting and adjusting controls
Maintain specifications by observing operations; detecting malfunctions; inspecting parts; adjusting controls
Resolve production problems by altering process to meet specifications, notifying supervisor to obtain additional resources
Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs
Documents actions by completing production and quality logs
Contributes to team effort working in other areas as needed
