About The Position

We specialize in fire and water mitigation, commercial duct cleaning, and other critical services that ensure the safety and efficiency of our clients' facilities. We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Duct Cleaning Technician to expand our commercial duct cleaning team and contribute to additional service areas through cross-training initiatives. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Commercial Duct Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in duct cleaning services for commercial buildings and a strong desire to expand their skill set through cross-training in fire and water mitigation and other environmental services.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications in HVAC or related fields are a plus
- Proven experience in duct cleaning, HVAC maintenance, or a similar role, preferably in commercial settings
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and ductwork components
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment and tools safely and effectively
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
- Physical ability to perform tasks that may require lifting, climbing, and working in confined spaces
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team

Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of HVAC ducts, vents, and related systems in commercial buildings
- Inspect ductwork for damage or potential issues and report findings to management
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations during service delivery
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain services, address concerns, and provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and materials used
- Assist with fire and water mitigation tasks as part of cross-training initiatives
- Collaborate with team members to achieve company goals and uphold quality standards
