About The Position

The Residential Duct Cleaning Crew Leader is responsible for overseeing and performing duct cleaning services, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to high-quality standards. This role combines hands-on technical work with leadership and customer service responsibilities, making it essential for maintaining customer satisfaction and team performance.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in duct cleaning, HVAC, or a related field.
  • Proven leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Strong understanding of duct cleaning equipment and processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues on-site.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in confined spaces or on ladders as needed.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and professional work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise a team of duct cleaning technicians on residential job sites.
  • Perform duct cleaning services using professional-grade equipment and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
  • Inspect duct systems to assess cleaning requirements and provide feedback to customers.
  • Maintain clear communication with customers to explain the duct cleaning process and address any questions or concerns.
  • Ensure timely completion of jobs while maintaining quality standards.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate team members to perform their duties effectively.
  • Maintain and monitor equipment, ensuring it is clean and in proper working condition.
  • Complete necessary paperwork, including work orders and reports, accurately and promptly.
