About The Position

The Residential Duct Cleaning Crew Leader is responsible for overseeing and performing duct cleaning services, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to high-quality standards. This role combines hands-on technical work with leadership and customer service responsibilities, making it essential for maintaining customer satisfaction and team performance.

Requirements

Previous experience in duct cleaning, HVAC, or a related field.
Proven leadership or supervisory experience.
Strong understanding of duct cleaning equipment and processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues on-site.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in confined spaces or on ladders as needed.
Commitment to maintaining a safe and professional work environment.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a team of duct cleaning technicians on residential job sites.
Perform duct cleaning services using professional-grade equipment and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
Inspect duct systems to assess cleaning requirements and provide feedback to customers.
Maintain clear communication with customers to explain the duct cleaning process and address any questions or concerns.
Ensure timely completion of jobs while maintaining quality standards.
Train, mentor, and motivate team members to perform their duties effectively.
Maintain and monitor equipment, ensuring it is clean and in proper working condition.
Complete necessary paperwork, including work orders and reports, accurately and promptly.
