Requirements

1+ years of experience in Duct Cleaning
Ability to work after hours and on weekends, as needed
Ability to comply with quality assurance expectations set forth by SERVPRO
Ability to work in confined spaces and able to bend, squat, and climb frequently
A valid Driver’s License and clean driving record required
Ability to work safely as defined by company safety standards and procedures
A background check will be conducted before the hire date.

Nice To Haves

NADCA/IICRC Certifications are preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

Clean air ducts and vents per SERVPRO’s outlined procedures and processes
Adheres to the industry-standard protocol for the department.
Able to clean grills or sections of ductwork as needed
Properly attach duct connections for metal or flex ductwork
Able to lead duct cleaner cres in setting up and operating negative air machine for duct cleaning
Lead technicians in keeping van and tools organized
Assist in the removal and replacement of all registers during the cleaning process
Maintain a safe and clean working area, ensuring all equipment and tools were accounted for at the end of the workday
Provide excellent customer service to the customer, informing and advising the customer of the cleaning process and effectively answering any questions
