Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Must display strong communication skills and technical competence
  • Must be a self-motivated, self-started, results-driven individual
  • Must be detail-oriented and well-organized
  • Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screen
  • Clean driving record

Responsibilities

  • Duct Cleaning (Primary Role)
  • Lead residential duct cleaning jobs from start to finish.
  • Operate duct cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Inspect duct systems for cleanliness, leaks, and other issues requiring repair.
  • Educate customers on the condition of their duct system and recommended services.
  • Maintain equipment, tools, and vehicles in a clean condition.
  • Provide excellent customer service and uphold company professionalism at all times.
  • HVAC Maintenance (Secondary Role)
  • Perform routine HVAC system maintenance, tune-ups, and inspections.
  • Replace filters, clean coils, inspect components, and perform basic diagnostic checks.
  • Document findings, recommendations, and maintenance reports.
  • Assist senior technicians when required.
