JOB DUTIES Duct Cleaning (Primary Role) Lead residential duct cleaning jobs from start to finish. Operate duct cleaning equipment safely and efficiently. Inspect duct systems for cleanliness, leaks, and other issues requiring repair. Educate customers on the condition of their duct system and recommended services. Maintain equipment, tools, and vehicles in a clean condition. Provide excellent customer service and uphold company professionalism at all times. HVAC Maintenance (Secondary Role) Perform routine HVAC system maintenance, tune-ups, and inspections. Replace filters, clean coils, inspect components, and perform basic diagnostic checks. Document findings, recommendations, and maintenance reports. Assist senior technicians when required. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS High school diploma or GED equivalent required Must display strong communication skills and technical competence Must be a self-motivated, self-started, results-driven individual Must be detail-oriented and well-organized Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screen Clean driving record Compensation & Benefits Competitive weekly pay + incentives.
