We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of Duck Creek initiatives. This role is accountable for planning, coordinating, staffing, and controlling project execution to ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery, including cloud and infrastructure migration efforts.
Requirements
- PMP certification
- CSM certification
- Insurance domain experience
- Strong Agile and hybrid delivery experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice To Haves
- Commercial Lines insurance experience
- Hands-on Duck Creek delivery experience
- Exposure to cloud or infrastructure modernization initiatives
Responsibilities
- Own and drive successful delivery of Duck Creek implementations
- Plan, monitor, and report project status, risks, issues, and dependencies
- Manage scope, schedule, budget, change, and stakeholder communications
- Coordinate and oversee third-party software vendors and delivery quality
- Develop and maintain project plans and iteration/sprint plans
- Create resource forecasts, analyze schedule variance, and recommend corrective actions
- Lead validation of DCOD cloud/colocation versus on-premise data center environments
- Communicate and collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, QA, and leadership
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure alignment and informed decision-making
