We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of Duck Creek initiatives. This role is accountable for planning, coordinating, staffing, and controlling project execution to ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery, including cloud and infrastructure migration efforts.

Requirements

  • PMP certification
  • CSM certification
  • Insurance domain experience
  • Strong Agile and hybrid delivery experience
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Commercial Lines insurance experience
  • Hands-on Duck Creek delivery experience
  • Exposure to cloud or infrastructure modernization initiatives

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive successful delivery of Duck Creek implementations
  • Plan, monitor, and report project status, risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Manage scope, schedule, budget, change, and stakeholder communications
  • Coordinate and oversee third-party software vendors and delivery quality
  • Develop and maintain project plans and iteration/sprint plans
  • Create resource forecasts, analyze schedule variance, and recommend corrective actions
  • Lead validation of DCOD cloud/colocation versus on-premise data center environments
  • Communicate and collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, QA, and leadership
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure alignment and informed decision-making
