About The Position

As a business application consulting generalist at PwC, you will provide consulting services for a wide range of business applications. You will leverage a broad understanding of various software solutions to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team member’s unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. The Opportunity As part of the P&C Insurance Operations team, you are expected to design, develop, modify, and deploy software using proven programming concepts and practices. As a Manager, you are expected to lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are expected to be accountable for making sure project success and maintaining standards, enhancing your leadership style, and motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 years of experience
Nice To Haves
- Education, certifications and/or experience in Duck Creek policy, billing or claims preferred
- Knowledge of P&C Insurance domain (Policy, Claims, and Billing applications)
- Proficiency in Duck Creek Policy, Billing, Claims, and Insights
- Proficiency in Duck Creek Author, Express, Server, User Admin, and TransAct
- Experience in designing, developing, modifying, and deploying software
- Skilled in planning, designing, and maintaining Duck Creek user interfaces
- Ability to lead a team of developers and work with onshore & offshore teams
- Proficiency in architecting and creating solution designs
- Skilled background in developing unit tests for testing business logic
