Dreyer’s Carpet Care and Dreyer’s DKI are looking for a versatile, hard-working individual to join our North Central Florida team. This unique role serves as a Carpet Cleaning Technician and an Assistant Mitigation Technician. You will be an asset to our high-quality Carpet Cleaning Division while also acting as a "Restorer of Peace" for customers facing water, mold, or fire crises. Requirements

  • Must have a valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
  • Ability to use smartphone-based software for job tracking.
  • Must be fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English.

Nice To Haves

  • IICRC certifications are a plus; if not certified, we will provide the training to get you there!

Responsibilities

  • Perform professional Carpet, Upholstery, Deodorizing, and Encapsulation cleaning.
  • Complete work orders, invoicing, and job notes with high accuracy.
  • Perform basic maintenance on equipment and vehicles.
  • Respond to emergency water, mold, and fire damage calls.
  • Perform demolition (removing drywall, carpet pad, and insulation) and debris removal.
  • Set up and monitor specialized mitigation equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers).
  • Assist with content "pack-outs" (moving customer belongings safely).
