About The Position

The Dual Studio Manager manages and leads the operation and staff of two portrait studios in a host environment. As a Studio Manager, you will provide remarkable customer service throughout the photographic, sale, and delivery experience. You will follow established operational processes for scheduling, hiring, training, selling, and photography. Additionally, you will manage performance and develop the skills of Team Members, being accountable for the studio's ability to achieve results such as sales average and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age with high school diploma or GED equivalent; college degree preferred.
• 2-5 years of previous supervisory, retail, sales, service-related, or photography experience preferred.
• Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills.
• Intermediate computer skills (e.g., navigation, data entry, and Microsoft Excel).
