Coach Development: Ensure all coaches maintain full certifications and stay updated with the latest training methods. Foster an environment of continuous learning and improvement. Community Engagement: Develop and cultivate a strong community life at each studio to enhance member interaction and retention. Plan and organize events or activities that encourage member participation and build a sense of belonging. Administrative Duties: Handle coach scheduling and possible class cancelations efficiently to minimize disruptions. Monitor new memberships, low usage among existing members, and follow up with missed guests to improve retention and engagement. Prioritize administrative tasks while maintaining flexibility in your schedule to address immediate needs. To excel in this role, you'll need strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with a passion for fitness and community building.
