Dual-Site Maintenance Technician

Monarch Investment & Management Group is ready to hire immediately for a Dual-Site Maintenance Technician supporting two well-maintained apartment communities. If you’re dependable, mechanically skilled, and want consistent hours — this is your opportunity. We’re one of the largest privately owned apartment operators in the U.S. , and we promote from within. Many of our techs grow into Lead and Supervisor roles. You’ll split time between: Sterling Square – Brooklyn Center (54 units) West Broadway – Brooklyn Park (59 units) On-Call Typically 1 Week every 6-7 Weeks from Friday morning to Friday morning
Requirements
- Apartment, facilities, hotel, or residential maintenance experience
- Hands-on knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
Nice To Haves
- HVAC experience strongly valued
- Boiler/CPO certifications are a plus (not required)
Responsibilities
- Handling service requests and apartment turns across two nearby sites
- Troubleshooting HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances & water heaters
- Preventative maintenance and building upkeep
- Painting, drywall, carpentry, and general repairs
- Keeping work areas safe, organized, and efficient

- $24–$26/hour depending on experience
