About The Position

As a Dual-Site Leasing Consultant at Mark-Taylor, you will represent the company at two beautiful communities, providing exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents. Your role will involve conducting informative tours, guiding applicants through the leasing process, and maintaining resident files while ensuring a positive community experience that reflects Mark-Taylor's high standards.

Requirements

• A minimum of one year of sales or customer service experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Time management and organizational skills.
• Goal-oriented, self-starter work ethic.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• A basic understanding of written and verbal English.

Nice To Haves

• Associates and/or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Comfort and ability to resolve conflict and provide high-level customer care.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of Mark-Taylor, greeting prospective and current residents.
• Conduct detailed and informative tours with prospective residents.
• Guide prospective residents through the complete application process and follow up regarding their status.
• Create positive experiences for residents through various communication mediums.
• Maintain resident files, accept rental payments, and manage apartment availability and pricing.
• Generate a world-class community experience reflecting Mark-Taylor's brand standards.
