Responsibilities
- Safeguard company assets in assigned casino pit area.
- Supervise and support dealers in assigned casino pit area.
- Issue playing cards and dice, and examine for irregularities.
- Authorize fills and credits.
- Provide exceptional service to guests.
- Effectively resolve guest complaints.
- Complete applicable paperwork.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
