About The Position
Position Summary: In charge of dealers and games in assigned area. Essential Functions: 1. Responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting Thunder Valley Casino’s “Winning Attitude” Company-wide culture and demonstrating Thunder Valley Casino’s 5-Star Service Standards at all times. 2. Safeguards assets of the company. 3. Implements departmental policies and procedures as directed by the Shift Manager. 4. Should, at all times, create an atmosphere of hospitality and friendliness towards guests and dealers. 5. Handles guest’s complaints. 6. Ensures compliance with federal currency reporting requirements.
Requirements
- One (1) year dealing.
- Ability to communicate effectively with Guest’s, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form.
- Ability to handle all guest complaints in an expedient manner.
- Requires normal, corrected vision range, the ability to distinguish letters, numbers, and symbols.
- Visual and auditory ability to identify any unusual or unethical practices that jeopardize the integrity of the game.
