About The Position

The NEW Dual brand Home2 Suites and Tru by Hilton Hotel is now hiring a Dual Property Maintenance Manager! This property is owned and operated by NCG Hospitality. The Home2 Suites and Tru is currently under construction and will be opening late fall. NCG Hospitality is a leader in the ownership, development, and operations of premier hospitality properties, recently winning 2024 Top Work Place AZ Central award. Located near the Coconino National Forest and Lowell Observatory, the 105,000 sq ft Home2 Suites & Tru property features a total of 204 guestrooms, an indoor pool, two outdoor patios, a gaming zone, and a bar in the shared lobby.

Requirements

• Prior experience in hotel, building, apartment, or similar maintenance environment.
• Must have and maintain a CPO certification.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to creatively problem solve.
• Reliability and honesty.
• Desire to add to a supportive and effective team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily maintenance operations at the property to ensure guest safety and satisfaction.
• Perform and direct preventative maintenance programs/repairs for equipment, guestrooms, and the property overall.
• Act as a project manager for in-house led projects, including gathering proposals, making recommendations, coordination and timing, quality control, accounting, and problem-solving issues.
• Secure and oversee outside contractors for complicated equipment and building repairs.
• Perform repairs of minor mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and building-related components.
• Maintain pool and spa according to company, property brand, and state and local codes.
• Maintain outdoor appearance including lawn, landscaping, and parking lot.
