About The Position

At Parks Hospitality Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Dual Property Chief Engineer to oversee the maintenance and repair of the hotel facilities. You will be responsible for maintaining all hotel systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical, ensuring that the hotels remains in excellent working condition.

Requirements

• 5+ years of maintenance experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and handle emergencies.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency in budget management and cost control.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work across departments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance of hotel facilities, ensuring all systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) are functioning properly.
• Manage a team of engineers, assigning tasks and supervising maintenance operations.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Manage budgets for maintenance operations and track expenses.
• Provide technical guidance and training to engineering staff.
• Conduct regular inspections to monitor the condition of equipment and facilities.
• Respond to maintenance emergencies and assist with troubleshooting.
