About The Position

We're seeking a Dual Licensed Esthetician and Massage Therapist (Full-Time) to join our spa team at Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort and Spa. In this role, you'll provide a full range of personalized skin care and massage services, ensuring an exceptional and relaxing experience for every guest.

Requirements

• Valid Massage Therapist/Esthetician License in Texas
• 2+ Years experience required
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others
• Refined communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule during the week, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Perform customized facials, body treatments, and massage services.
• Maintain a clean, serene, and professional spa environment, following all hygiene and sanitation protocols.
• Deliver outstanding guest service by addressing individual needs and enhancing overall wellness.
• Promote spa services and retail products to elevate the guest experience.
• Support the team by being informed about resort offerings.
• Maintain accurate treatment records and follow all spa protocols.
• Flexible availability including during the week, weekends and holidays.
