Nail Technician Overview: As a Salon Manicurist you will provide exceptional nail care services to our valued guests. You will be responsible for creating a relaxing and enjoyable experience while delivering high-quality manicures and pedicures. Salon Stylist Overview As a Salon Stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair care services to our valued guests. You will be expected to deliver stylish haircuts, color treatments, and styling services that meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Requirements

Valid cosmetology or nail technician license.
Proven experience in providing nail care services.
Strong knowledge of nail care techniques and products.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality service.
Cosmetology License: Valid cosmetology or barbering license.
Experience: Proven experience as a hair stylist in a salon environment.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in various hair cutting, coloring, and styling techniques.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients effectively.
Professionalism: A professional demeanor and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work experience as a Hair Stylist, Hairdresser, Colorist or similar role
Proficiency in hair straightening and curling methods, using hot irons and curlers
Hands-on experience with various coloring techniques
Knowledge of a wide range of haircuts, suitable for all hair lengths (e.g. braids and top knots)
Familiarity with hair treatment products and services, like keratin smoothing
Up-to-date with industry trends
Excellent communication skills
Physical stamina to stand for long hours
Flexibility to work in shifts
Valid license from a cosmetology school
Must be able to stand/walk/step for extended periods of time
Must be able to work in hot/cold conditions at any given time
Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds

Responsibilities

Nail Care Services: Perform a variety of nail services, including manicures, pedicures, nail shaping, buffing, and polishing.
Apply nail polish, gel polish, and acrylic nails as needed.
Offer additional services like paraffin wax treatments and hand/foot massages.
Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace.
Customer Service: Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Consult with guests to understand their preferences and recommend suitable services.
Provide excellent customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction.
Build rapport with guests to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest nail trends, techniques, and products.
Recommend and sell appropriate nail care products to guests.
Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including sanitation and sterilization procedures.
Maintain accurate records of services provided and products used.
Client Consultation: Consult with clients to understand their hair goals and preferences, and recommend suitable services.
Hair Services: Perform a range of hair services, including haircuts, styling, coloring, and treatments.
Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for each client.
Salon Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Sales: Promote and sell retail hair products to enhance the client experience.
