The Dual Enrollment and Student Accounts Coordinator serves as the financial aid coordinator and liaison for dual enrollment students, ensuring timely, effective, and thorough communication and collection regarding financial obligations for prospective and current students. This position manages communication with students and parents regarding statements, due dates, payment options, and collection on current student accounts to expedite drawdowns and funds being sent to the University in a timely manner. The coordinator also manages all aspects of dual enrollment financial aid, including communication with the dual enrollment offices, consortium agreements, and preparation of student aid files, with the exception of final data entry for the state. Additionally, the role involves counseling students and parents regarding financial obligations and payment plans, returning phone calls and emails, assisting the Director of Student Financial Services with special projects, and serving as the lead in the absence of the Director.
