We are seeking a motivated and service-oriented Dual Sales Director for our Homewood Suites and Hampton Inn located in Woburn, Massachusetts. Located just off I-95, these two hotels offer a combined room count of 235 rooms and are within a 20-minute drive of Harvard University, LEGOLAND, and Boston's Logan International Airport. The ideal candidate will be a passionate, collaborative leader with a proven track record of building strong customer relationships, driving revenue growth, and leading successful sales teams. This individual must be skilled in prospecting, understanding customer needs, and developing creative, tailored solutions to maximize revenue and enhance the customer experience. As Director of Sales, you will be responsible for identifying and executing strategies that drive top-line revenue, foster customer loyalty, and achieve sales goals for both properties.
