The Therapist is responsible for providing therapeutic trauma-informed clinical services to individual clients and identified support caregivers and/or family members while focusing on meeting the client's individual mental health and/or addiction needs. They are responsible for developing treatment plans in conjunction with the client and developing transition plans that address ongoing treatment issues, while maintaining a working knowledge of services that are appropriate for the needs of the clients served. working with all populations but with the support of a supervisor who has 20+ years in treating dual diagnosis population, Evidenced based practice trainings, etc.
