The Senior Marketing & GTM Enablement Manager is a strategic, hands-on leader responsible for shaping how DTS shows up in the market and how our teams engage clients and partners. This individual develops and delivers high-impact content, campaigns, and programs across industry events, digital channels, and partner ecosystems—elevating our thought leadership and strengthening engagement throughout the client lifecycle. In this role, the manager builds the strategies, frameworks, and tools that equip Sales, Product, and Client teams to communicate our value clearly, launch solutions effectively, and deepen relationships with retailers, banks, and ecosystem partners. This position independently drives go-to-market initiatives, from content development to sales enablement to campaign measurement, ensuring alignment, readiness, and consistent execution across the organization. The role requires strong judgment and accountability, including adherence to established policies and open communication around risks and issues. This leader ensures all actions reflect a commitment to doing what is right for clients, colleagues, and the business—delivering results while operating within the Bank's risk appetite and maintaining a positive customer experience.
