As a Front Office Associate, you will be responsible for greeting and communicating cordially with guests, ensuring a prompt and professional check-in and check-out process. You will assist in pre-registration and blocking of reservations when necessary. Your role will also involve accurately managing cash handling, including receiving payments and making change correctly. You will need to have a complete working knowledge of the Front Office computer or manual system, including all daily transactions and those which are not performed often. Additionally, you will review reservations with special requests and block rooms accordingly, while also having knowledge of hotel rates, discounts, and procedures for taking same-day reservations.
