The DTC Planning Manager leads the end-to-end planning function for our eCommerce business and retail stores. This role ensures inventory investment aligns to sales, margin, and brand goals; supports forecasts, open-to-buy, replenishment & allocation, and drives actionable insights across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in womenâs apparel and has a proven history of building planning tools and analytical models.
