About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Transformation Business Process Design Specialist to support our Digital Transformation team that handles Order Fulfillment and Procurement. This role involves leading system solution design for Procurement, Source-to-Award, Procure-to-Pay, and Product to Source processes, while coordinating cross-functionally with other business teams to align end-to-end process improvements and represent the GSC team. The specialist will collaborate with IT teams to deliver testing, drive move to production and go-live, ensuring high-quality deliverables and maintaining ongoing communication. Additionally, the role advocates for the use of AI and drives its adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain, Operations, IT, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain Services with Order Fulfillment and Procurement.

Nice To Haves

• 3+ years of experience in global chain projects with a track record of delivery process or system improvements with both Order Fulfillment and Procurement.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both finance and non-supply chain stakeholders.
• Proven ability to identify business process inefficiencies and propose actionable solutions.
• Strong prioritization and multitasking abilities, with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience implementing automations leveraging AI a plus.
