Partner with business stakeholders as the liaison between function and technology teams to develop innovative technical solutions to aid in the process and innovation of business functions

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree with two (2) or more years of experience in the field or in a related area.
  • Office, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, ITIL and BA practice knowledge
  • Communication, listening, critical thinking, adaptability, relationship building, organization.

Responsibilities

  • Understand business processes and systems for their functional area and act as a liaison for the functional area between IT and the business.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering with individuals or small teams in functional areas to develop a comprehensive business requirement document.
  • Identify and gather appropriate business requirements to create the necessary technical solution to satisfy the business need.
  • Create functional and technical specifications, track requirements, define test scenarios, and assist in defining and test plans, strategies, and the creation of scripts.
  • Work in conjunction with project manager and technical teams to execute test plans, test scripts, and update existing scripts to support user acceptance testing.
  • Provide artifacts (data model, data maps, knowledge base articles, etc.), and support production teams when needed.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where requirements are constantly changing.
  • Strong time-management and prioritization skills, able to multi-task and prioritize competing requirements and meet deadlines.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Regular attendance is required.
