About The Position

The DSP Management Specialist is responsible for managing and maintaining Delivery Service Partner (DSP) information, ensuring compliance, supporting operational processes, and serving as a key liaison between DSPs and internal teams. This role requires strong attention to detail, process management skills, and the ability to handle multiple DSP relationships efficiently.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; field of study flexible.
  • 1-2 years in operations or administrative operations; experience in last-mile delivery, warehouse operations, or DSP management is a plus.
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (handling large datasets, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).
  • Strong process management, data organization, and cross-department coordination skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn system permission logic and account management workflows.
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese (English for system/email communication; Chinese for internal coordination).
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, patient, and resilient under pressure.
  • Strong execution skills with a results-oriented mindset.

  • Effective “small administrator” who can break down complex tasks, track progress, and ensure completion.
  • Reliable and capable of independently managing multiple DSPs simultaneously, keeping permissions, data, and records organized.

  • Communicates effectively and politely with DSPs, warehouse managers, operations leads, finance, and product teams.

Responsibilities

  • DSP Data Management
  • Collect, review, and update DSP partner information, including company credentials, contracts, and account details.
  • Build and maintain an accurate, up-to-date DSP database for traceability and operational use.
  • Access & Compliance Management
  • Verify and manage DSP system access, account creation, permission changes, and deactivation.
  • Ensure DSP compliance with company policies, SLAs, and audit requirements; assist with internal audits and data reviews.
  • Process Support & Coordination
  • Support the full lifecycle of DSP management, including onboarding, renewal, performance review, and exit processes, collaborating with Operations, Finance, Legal, and other teams.
  • Track DSP KPIs, violations, deposits, and insurance information; maintain records and highlight operational risks.
  • Documentation & Reporting
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly DSP reports; document operational and compliance issues.
  • Maintain SOPs, training materials, and templates.
  • Communication & Liaison
  • Act as a bridge between DSPs and internal teams (Operations, Warehouse, Finance, Product) for inquiries and data exchange.
  • Support DSP onboarding during network expansion and new HUB launches, including documentation verification and system access setup.
