Our mission is simple but powerful: World Class care that promotes independence, dignity, and meaningful connections. 🛑 We maintain a ZERO tolerance policy for abuse or neglect, because safety and respect always come first. 💼 What You’ll Do as a DSP II – House Lead As the House Lead, you’ll be a trusted support, advocate, and role model while helping oversee daily routines and ensuring quality care.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • DSP I & DSP II Certification
  • CPR / First Aid
  • CPI Certification
  • 3+ years supporting adults with developmental disabilities or mental health needs
  • Valid in-state driver’s license
  • Must be 21+ years old
  • Proof of current insurance and registration
  • Clean driving record (no more than 2 points in the last 3 years)

  • Experience with challenging behaviors strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain daily routines based on each Individual Program Plan (IPP)
  • Support the development and progress of IPP/ISP goals
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy living environment
  • Encourage community inclusion, family visits, and social activities 🌟
  • Assist with personal care, hygiene, and daily living skills
  • Prepare meals and support housekeeping tasks
  • Transport residents using company vehicles
  • Communicate concerns, incidents, or changes to administrators
  • Step in where needed and lead with positivity and professionalism 💪
