About The Position
Chrysalis is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Group Home Staff for overnight shifts in the Cedar City area. This position is crucial in providing care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities during the night hours. The grave shifts typically run from 12 am to around 8 am, and we are looking for both full-time and part-time staff to fill these roles. Our compensation is competitive, starting at $15.00 to $17.75 per hour, and we offer a range of benefits to support our employees. No prior experience is necessary as we provide comprehensive training to ensure our staff are well-prepared for their responsibilities. As a Group Home Staff member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of the individuals in our care during the night. Your responsibilities will include maintaining a clean and safe environment, assisting individuals as needed if they wake up during the night, helping them prepare breakfast in the morning, and administering medications as prescribed. While the primary focus is on care, there will be opportunities for staff to engage in personal activities such as watching TV, doing homework, or exercising once the essential tasks are completed. It is important to note that we operate 24 hours a day, and weekend availability is required for this position.
